• Elaborating of company's technical policy, including access and broadband access, transport, switching, intelligent network, multiservice IP network and services, legal interception, partly mobile network, management systems. • Network infrastructure developing to launch new services, enlarging the network capacity to meet growing market requirements. • Implementing new technologies to reduce network CAPEX. • Creating investment priorities, investment plans, enterprise standards, taking part in budget activities. • Working with vendors, equipment suppliers, integrators, consulting organisations. Tenders, negotiations, presentations, work on exhibitions. • Creating technical requirements for test zones, test zones deployment. • Supervising company's branches on all technical points. Seven branches covered the whole Ural territory in the middle of Russia.
