• Verify and validate monthly progress against KS-2 forms; • Fill in Schedule of Values on a monthly basis; • Update construction-installation schedule on a weekly basis; • Prepare weekly status construction report; • Assist the Construction Manager in preparation of monthly and quarterly construction reports; • Prepare and fill in check-lists to verify the quality of construction works; • Coordinate engineering and construction efforts with the Quality engineer, to ensure the works implemented by the General contractor and lower-tier subcontractors comply with standards and norms; • Create daily and weekly reports to allow efficient tracking schedule status; • Resolve EH&S issues on the construction site; • Coordinate on-site activities, work closely with General Contractor and other construction subcontractors to resolve operational issues; • Assist the Project Manager and Contractual Manager in any field issues related to design drawings or technical issues. • Ensure and controll safe working conditions at the construction site, conduct preventive actions in accordance with RF laws and regulations and safety standards.
