At the moment I'm working for the construction company "Glavstroy". My responsibilities include the complete object construction overseeing from the project consultation stage to the object delivery to the customer and regulatory authorities. Directions: -Outer water supply; -Sewerage; -Water drain; -Drainage systems of the building; -Heating and gas supply. My responsibilities in detail: 1.Checking the project issued by the customers; 2.Project approval with the designers; 3.Project coordination with customers; 4.Sellers search and coordination of materials’ prices; 5.Coordination of the estimated project cost; 6.Cooperation with supervisory authorities: the presentation of all stages of the facility construction, the preparation and submission of the executive and accompanying documentation; 7.Writing applications for the purchase of material. 8.Building Process Management: (masters, foremen, workers) management; construction equipment; facility control quality, etc.; 9.Development of erection work 10.Project of work production. 11.Supervision and monitoring of staff training in specialized centers: documents preparation; staff training; interaction with Attestation Center. 12.Payroll accounting 13.Advanced technologies in construction introduction. I also deal with full supervising of the construction company expansion activities. As an example, for a construction company to carry out officially the gas pipelines installation and maintenance work, I have to prepare everything necessary for that. My responsibilities: 1.Making a list and necessary documents search; 2.Documents preparation for enterprises certification; 3.Workers, engineers, and process equipment certification in specialized certification centers; 4.Interaction with assessment and specialized centers; 5.Necessary equipment purchase and personnel hiring; 6.The entire package documents delivery, and license and permits obtaining for the construction company activities in the new sphere (gas sector).

"TySeven" - multiconsulting site (Startup Project). Target Audience: residents of countries: USA, Canada, Western Europe, Southeast Asia. My duties included: • Developing financial flows (banks, offshores, financial transactions); • Creation and idea development; • Marketing research; • Business plan making; • Freelancers hiring; • Introduction of technologies and innovations; • Increase level of service attractiveness; • Rebranding; • Customers search; • Promotion and advertising; • Website creation; • Creating pages in social networks; • Promotional materials creation; • Copyright; • Consulting. I am able to work with financial flows, creation of legal entities and their servicing in Russia, the CIS and other countries. I am able to work with offshore zones, banks, transactions, create and maintain businesses in the other areas. Excellent knowledge of cultural features, local etiquette and the specifics of business doing in all groups of countries. Each country is unique, as is every region and city of a particular country. In a particular way I have studied and worked with the other regions.
