In charge for the group involved into the training of maintenance personnel. The group is responsible for the development of training tutorials, training and subsequent assessment of competencies of electrician, mechanical and instrumentat technicians. I am a member of a multi-national team of trainers and instructors whose task is to instill and develop the knowledge and practical skills of the Russian national employees with a view to preparing them for competency assessment. My duties include but not limited to commissioning, start-up as well as operating of CPF, Well Pads and Water Intake of WQ-2 project in Iraq. During my tenure with UalOil I was promoted from junior mechanical engineer to lead mechanical engineer and performed the duties of Deputy head of the Oil Production Department, Senior supervisor of oil treatment and Senior supervisor of oil production. My responsibilities were for operational reliability which included preventive and corrective maintenance of process equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, mini gas turbines, valves including pressure safety valves, dewaxing units, X-mas trees, pipelines & gathering systems at WDU Shemetiy I was also responsible for issuance of technical passports of equipment, maintenance scheduling and execution, operating time calculation of equipment, failure investigation reports drafting and an operator of the SAP system. I worked closely with the regulatory organizations such as Rostekhnadzor (Federal Environmental, Engineering & Nuclear Supervision Agency) and corporate oversight LUKOIL. I launched my career in Oil & Gas Industry as a production department technician in 2002. Duties as operations technician were as follows: • Tending to well pads with a fountain, submersible pumps, and jack pumps. • Routine daily collection of operational characteristics and data, oil sampling, cleaning tubing string with tubing scrapers (dewaxing unit) as well as chemical washing of wells. • Responsible for gland packing replacement on jack pumps operated well pads, as well valves gland packing replacement, and periodical valves greasing. • Tending centrifugal pumps and periodically changing the packing. During my duty as a technician I was made up from second grade to fifth grade and after three years I was promoted to mechanical engineer position.
