Training of front line employees on selling skills, hospitality, communication skill, presentation skills. Running session for middle management staff member on leadership , management approaches, etc. Organisation of annual assessment followed by development plans' preparation and implementation of the ones. Responsible for timely certification of service advisors' team (20 persons).

General Manager Mr.Olof Jurva In 2007 was invited to conduct training programs at the InterContinental Astana hotel, Astana, Kazakhstan. In 2008 was invited to conduct training programs and teambuilding sessions at the InterContinental Almaty hotel, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The General Manager Mr.Riza Elibol In 2009 was a part of pre-opening team in InterContinental Kyiv hotel, for three months had conducted training programs for all staff levels (including managers). September 2012-May 2013 - a part-time tutor for Human Resources Management modules at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent.
